At Pets'r Us, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping options and delivery times.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all states and territories across Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel through the carrier's website.

Delivery to Remote Areas

Deliveries to remote or rural areas of Australia may take additional time beyond the estimated delivery windows. If you are unsure whether your area is affected, please contact us before placing your order.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. Please follow the instructions on the card to retrieve your parcel.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
